I can fill out your forms online and submit them for e-file. Because of the e-filing, no W-3 or 1096 will be needed. Distribution copies for recipients will be sent to you.

I can do a review of your vendor payments to make sure you are ready to send out 1099-MISC forms to the appropriate vendors. I'll identify vendors that need to fill out a W-9 form so that you will have their correct address and taxpayer ID number (TIN) in your system.

The IRS will match 1099 data to its records. Failure to match may result in penalties and require you to apply backup withholding on future payments to Independent Contractors.
